What makes the Underground authentic and unique?

I thought when we had to move, everyone would split. I was wrong. The cafe events have been running 150-300 people despite the location change. So what makes the Underground? It's the people. It's the people who give their time so others can benefit. I'm talking about the cafe team. When I look at the faces of the staff, I see two things that make them stand out.

#1: A heart for God - These are genuine people who live every day lives and their pursuing God. Their real. They challenge me in my faith and I love them dearly.

#2: Love People - They truly love and care for everyone who comes to the cafe. How do they love people? They give their time, attitude and actions. Time is money and they give it freely so others can benefit. Attitude is how they serve. They have great attitudes. Actions - When everything is done, these people pick up the trash, mop the floors, scrape up the gum from the carpet, put things away and make sure everything is clean and tidy.

What makes the Underground? It's the staff.
